AGFD (AOCS): Oleochemistry

The Oleochemicals session is dedicated to hosting the latest research developments on the chemical modification of fats, oils, glycerol, and their derivatives. Fats and oils, renewable raw materials, are firmly established components in many consumer products, and their use continues to be of interest to many researchers. Development of new approaches to functionalize these materials and derive novel compounds is integral to extend the variety of uses obtainable from these renewable resources.
