Pure and Doped Orthoborate RBO3 (R=In, Sc, Y)Nanoparticles: Synthesis and Properties

Orthoborate RBO3 (R=In, Sc, Y) nanoparticles were obtained by soft chemistry method using surfactants. Doped InBO3:Tb and YBO3:Eu nanoparticles were investigated for its` luminescent properties. X-ray powder diffraction, SEM, DTA and Raman spectroscopy are used for analysis of borate nanocrystalline nanopwders.
