The ability to rapidly identify therapeutically relevant protein binding sites that can bind with high affinity and specificity to small organic molecules is critical for successful drug discovery. In this presentation, work to derive this information from NMR-based screening data will be described. In addition, computational approaches to identifying druggable binding sites on proteins will be discussed.
