| This session will examine the status of, barriers for, ways to increae equality for, advice from, and personal experiences of women in chemistry. It will be of interest to chemists at all levels, from student to professor to administrator, who want to improve the workplace environment for both genders by making it more egalitarian. Ultimately this will increase the US chemical workforce. | |||
