Reactivity of Tris(trimethylsilylphosphite) TMSP: studies to synthesize bicine-bisphosphonate

The reaction of TMSP with the unreported bicine acyl-chloride followed by hydrolysis gave the corresponding bicine acyl-monophosphonic derivative. Experimental conditions to the target compound are under investigation.
