Fluorous Parallel Synthesis of 3x3x3 β-Peptide Library

Starting from light-fluorous tagged (fluorous p-methoxybenzyl group) β-azido acids, the solution phase parallel synthesis of a 3󫢫 β-peptide library was done by using Fluorous Solid Phase Extraction as a rapid separation method. Peptides were tested for purity by fluorous or reverse phase HPLC.
