Chemistry teachers can also use the DLESE.org to locate resources of interest to teaching chemisty. Because Earth Science is a blend of other sciences, this digital library is also appropriate for chemistry teachers trying to locate new resources. DLESE is made up of a wide variety of resources, collections, and services including lesson plans, scientific data, visualizations, interactive computer models, and virtual field trips—in short, any web-accessible teaching or learning material. All resources in DLESE have been contributed by community members, are relevant to Earth system science education, and are checked periodically for technical stability. This session will lead you through the steps to locate your own chemistry related lesson material.
