ABSTRACT SUBMISSION TO ALL NERM2008 SYMPOSIA (300 word maximum)

Please inform your symposium organizer as soon as possible if there are any times within the main NERM2008 technical schedule (1:30pm Sunday June 29th to 4:30pm Wednesday July 2nd) when you would not be available to present your work. We may not be able to accommodate such requests if they are received after the submission deadline (May 11th 2008). All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers. You will be notified of the status of your submission (accept/reject/poster presentation/oral presentation) via email on May 30th 2008. Please feel free to contact your symposium chair (contact details at www.nerm2008.org), or any of the NERM2008 organizers, if you have any questions. Thank you for submitting your work to NERM2008.

The abstract submission process will bring you through 5 Steps:

  1. Select Topic (Choose the session you would like to present your paper)
  2. Enter Title (Enter your title, and any comments to organizers)
  3. Enter Authors
  4. Enter Abstract Text (you will be able to copy/paste or upload an html file, images are accepted in the .gif and .jpg format black/white or in color with a maximum of 300 words.)
  5. Confirmation (You will have a chance to look over the submission to make sure all is complete.)

No names or titles should be included in the abstract text. Names will be automatically hidden during the abstract review process and will be automatically inserted and properly formatted upon publication.

Presenting Authors will be automatically informed of the unique ID numbers and passwords assigned to their abstracts. Abstracts may be viewed and modified at any time between submission and the deadline, using the assigned ID# and password.
