Green chemistry is quickly becoming the standard for industry, combining superior product performance with economical and sustainable practices. In order to create a workforce and public that is able to actively support and contribute to a growing Green Chemistry industrial market, Green Chemistry education is essential. This presentation will discuss current opportunities and resources in Green Chemistry education, highlighting ongoing work at Beyond Benign, a non-profit taskforce focused on promoting Green Chemistry in the interdependent arenas of community, industry, and education.
