Design and synthesis of new coordination polymers with functional organic spacers may produce structures with attractive properties. Mimicking zeolite structures, coordination polymers can be deliberately designed to have micropores and large open channels. These materials have potential applications in catalysis and molecular separations. Here we'll present our studies on a few new coordination polymers with framework structures.
