Chemistry of explosives
The purpose of this session is to highlight the various aspects of chemistry associated with energetic materials. These aspects include the synthesis of materials/compounds, spectroscopic and physcial techniques for characterizing and detecting such materials/compounds, and theoretical calculations applied to such materials/compounds.
