This talk will discuss aspects of bringing an undergraduate research project to commercialization. It focuses on using our unique approach to growing marine bacteria that produce marine natural products. As opposed to microbial broths, which are not effective for most marine bacteria, our approach allows the medium to spend most of its life in the in the marine environment.
