Kenneth J. Breslauer is Dean of Life Sciences in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and a Professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is a fellow of the AAAS and an active research scientist in the area of biophysical chemistry. His current research involves drug- DNA interactions, the chemistry and biology of mutagenic DNA lesions and repair intermediates, and the development of tropoisomerase I-directed anticancer drugs.
